Group Therapy

We are one ummah! Group Therapy offers a powerful opportunity to heal, grow, and connect with like-minded individuals who are navigating similar challenges. Whether you are looking to gain sisterhood and feel less alone in your journey, discuss topics that you are unable to with others, or to build coping skills, a group can help you gain insight, provide support, and be uplifted by your community in a safe, compassionate, and trauma-informed space.

Coming Soon in 2026:

Body Safety Group for Children: This group will help children understand body autonomy in a developmentally appropriate, empowering, and supportive environment. Participants will learn about okay and not okay touches, consent, boundaries, and more.

Self-Esteem Group for Teens: This will be a safe and supportive space for teens to build confidence. Participants will recognize and challenge negative thinking, identify and explore strengths and build a positive identity, set and implement boundaries, and more.

Support Group for Mental Wellness for Adults: This group will provide a safe and replenished space for women to connect and slow down. Participants will explore topics such as stress and burnout, work on communication skills, and reconnect to joy, rest, and creativity through self-compassion, grounding techniques, and more.
